I am a keen amateur photographer who would wish this website to be of interest to a wide audience. Please browse the stills and sample video footage of classic aviation and steam. Having recently retired from my full time occupation I am also happy to consider photo projects for individuals, charities etc.. I have never been a professional photographer, but whether your interest lies in trains, birds or planes, it may be that contacting me would serve you in one way or another.

It would be fair to say that I know more about aviation and digital photography than about birds, but while I actively persue bird portraiture both on my local "patch" and on trips both in the UK and further afield, I operate opportunistically, shooting what I see. Unfortunately I do not posess legacy slide collections of "extinct" or rare birds or machines.

Current equipment includes Canon EOS 7D and 500D camera bodies, Canon USM [some L telephoto prime] and Sigma optics.
